Stan & Linda Stenstadvold
We are retired from many years in the IT Telecommunications industry. The career path took us from Portland Oregon to New Jersey.
When we retired we decided to move to Central Oregon for the sunshine and to be closer geographically to family.
Horses have been an important part of our lives for many years. The early years were full of lovely horses that were either given to us or were very inexpensive. Lusitanos and Andalusians were desired but not acquired.
Eventually we purchased a PRE Andalusian mare to be used in dressage. We weren't really looking for another horse.
However, A few years ago we were fortunate enough to acquire our Lusitano stallion. He was intended to be a pleasure horse and dressage horse. He was so nice with so many desirable qualities we decided to breed the mare. That started the current path we are on.
Our dressage trainer is Koby Robson http://www.robson-farms.com/. She has earned her Bronze and Silver medals with Piloto. Next year she should complete her Gold Medal requirements.
In addition to the horses our family includes four miniature horses, three dogs and a whole bunch of ducks.
