Indoor Arena
The indoor arena is 80' x 204' with sand footing.
On each long side there is a 24' x 204' area.
One side has 12 x 12 box stalls with paddocks.
One side has a few stalls, a tack room, bathroom, tool room, wash stall with warm water and heat, and a grooming area.
A viewing room is attached to a short end of the arena. The viewing room has seating, a refrigerator, a BIG POPCORN maker and other things to make it comfortable. There are speakers in the arena and the viewing room that are controlled from the sound system in the viewing room.
The set up is very functional for clinics.
